MY STORY OF WEIGHT LOSS & FITNESS FOR LIFE

What really helps me to understand what you are going through is the fact that I have been there myself. I was once classified as obese, yet through an increase in understanding of fitness, psychology and weight loss, I managed to drop 34 kgs of fat, going from obese to athletic.

From here, I gained my degree in Exercise and Nutritional Science and my Masters in Behaviour Change Psychology. This aided me to develop my unique approach to sustainable and enjoyable weight loss and fitness, which has been promoted by Professor Robert West of University College London’s Centre for Behaviour Change as “an experts approach to weight loss written by a individual with the perfect mix of personal, professional and academic experience”. 

I have been applying this approach to clients in Leicester, Leicestershire and beyond for 20 years with great success, whilst promoting my approach on BBC Radio, TEDx talks, at Universities and in various fitness publications.
